OPAH Seafood + Grill

Our menu celebrates fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and inspired California flavors. Guests return for coastal favorites like Day Boat Scallops, Toasted Garlic Salmon, Crab Cakes with creamed corn, and market-fresh fish specials, alongside vibrant salads, satisfying pastas, and chef-driven specialties designed with balance and creativity in mind.

Every dish is prepared with care, elevated flavors, thoughtful presentations, and ingredients that let the ocean and quality ingredients speak for themselves. It's approachable, refined dining made for everyday enjoyment or special occasions alike.

OPAH is also a destination for those who appreciate a great drink. Our bar features handcrafted cocktails, signature martinis, curated wines, and premium spirits, making us a favorite for happy hour in Aliso Viejo, date nights, and evenings out with friends. From popular favorites like the Anjou Pear Martini or Blackberry Sage Old Fashioned, to creative seasonal cocktails and zero-proof 'mocktails', our beverage program is designed to complement the menu and elevate every visit.

We love bringing the community together through special events, wine dinners, tasting experiences, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year. These evenings offer guests the chance to explore new flavors, meet fellow food lovers, and experience OPAH in a festive, social setting. From intimate gatherings to lively celebrations, our restaurant is a place where great food and great company naturally come together.

What truly sets OPAH apart is our service with heart. Our team believes hospitality should feel personal, warm, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. We take pride in welcoming guests like neighbors, remembering favorites, and creating moments that feel effortless and genuine. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, our goal is simple: make you feel comfortable, cared for, and glad you chose to dine with us.
